Snap Ginger is the brainchild of Stephanie, consummate foodie and serial word-crafter. Stephanie caught an incurable case of wanderlust as an early child, due to being unceremoniously transplanted from Rio to Reno and has since been self-medicating with cookbooks, the travel section of the New York Times, and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. When not booking her next flight (and making sure she doesn’t forget her scarf this time), she is hopelessly trying to keep up with her library due dates and of course dishing up the tastiest morsels of inspiration right here on Snap Ginger.
